Nike Basketball is launching a new Kobe Bryant ASW model during the Spring of 2026, transforming the iconic Nike Kobe 3 into a low-top version.
Even though the Kobe 3 is not one of the most popular models in the brand's catalog, Nike is bringing the basketball shoes back starting during Fall 2025. After the brand announced several releases for Fall and Winter 2025, multiple internal documents indicate that the brand is also launching a low-top version during All-Star Weekend. The release information was published exclusively on Sneaker Market.
The pair comes with product code IU3313-500 together with the "Purple Venom / Black" color scheme. For now we do not know what the model will look like or how the colors will be arranged. However, we already have an image showing a possible color blocking. At the moment Nike has not confirmed the rumors about this release. In general, the brand avoids confirming rumors about limited-edition drops. Most likely we will start to find out more details about the release during the Spring of 2026.
When is Nike Kobe 3 Low ASW “Purple Venom / Black” releasing?
The Nike Kobe 3 Low ASW "Purple Venom / Black" is releasing during Spring 2026 on Nike.com and at select Nike Basketball partner retailers. For now, the brand has not yet confirmed an exact release date. However, we already know the model is part of the Nike Spring 2026 seasonal catalog. As a result, the pair should release sometime between January and March. Given the ASW tag, it will most likely drop in mid-February 2026, alongside NBA All-Star Weekend.
