Adidas Football and Manchester United are launching the limited edition Manchester United 1991 reissue collection during Spring 2025.
Although release information has not yet surfaced, we have the opportunity to exclusively showcase images of the new Adidas Manchester United 1991 Reissue collection. According to several internal documents and images that recently appeared on the Adidas website, the brand plans to launch a retro reissue of the shirts worn by Manchester United in the 1991 European Cup final, when they won 2–1 against FC Barcelona at the Feijenoord Stadium in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
The collection includes the third shirt in both long-sleeve and short-sleeve versions, the track pants, as well as other apparel pieces inspired by the clothing from that season. All products are made with the goal of being identical to the 1991 version. As a result, there are no production differences. At the moment, Adidas has not confirmed the release rumors. In general, the brand avoids confirming rumors about limited-edition drops, especially when it comes to releases from the Adidas Football line.
When is the Adidas Football Manchester United 1991 Reissue releasing?
The Adidas Football Manchester United 1991 Reissue Jersey is launching during Spring 2025 on the Adidas website and at select Adidas Football partner retailers. For now, the brand has not yet announced an exact release date. However, official images of the product have already appeared on the website, so the launch is definitely scheduled for the near future. Since the product is part of the seasonal Adidas Spring Summer 2025 catalog, the jersey will release between January and June 2025. See the official images below as we wait for more details about the launch.
On another note, if you want to check out more retro kit options, Nike released the Brazil 1998 Reissue last year, the national team jersey from the 1998 World Cup. Nike also released the Portugal 2004 Reissue, the jersey worn by the team at Euro 2004. Last but not least, Adidas Football recently released the Real Madrid 1999/00 Reissue.
