Nike SB is collaborating with Alexis Sablone during Fall 2024, releasing together a pair of Nike SB Dunk Low Pro that changes color.
The collaboration was initially announced in May, when Nike released images of the Team USA apparel and the Converse and Nike SB footwear for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The Nike SB Dunk Low pair is inspired by rugged, reptilian textures that change color as they wear down over time. The green leather has purple edges, creating an interesting contrast over the white leather panels. The Nike Swoosh logo is shaped to resemble the curved tongue characteristic of a chameleon. The laces match the shade of green used on the Swoosh. On the heel we find the text “AS”, initials used for branding. The pair is releasing in a unisex size run from US 4 to US 15 on August 29, 2024.
