According to several rumors from the football world, it seems that Liverpool FC and Nike are going to launch a collection inspired by the Nike Air Max product line in 2025. At the moment we do not know many details about the collection — and we do not know if it will also include sneakers.
UPDATE 02/04/2025: Check out the first exclusive images of the new LFC x Nike Air Max 95 "Black / Gym Red". The pair is releasing during the Summer of 2025 on Nike.com and at select Nike partner retailers worldwide.
We already know that the new collection is inspired by the Air Max 95. As a result, we can expect to see the Nike Air Max 95 logo being used. This branding element has also been used in the past by other football teams. Most recently, Tottenham used it on a special edition collection, replacing the “AIR MAX” text with “SPURS”.
In the past, Liverpool has collaborated with Nike on several pairs of sneakers. Among these are multiple pairs of Nike LeBron, as well as a pair of Nike Air Max. Considering this, it is possible we will see a new Air Max Liverpool in 2025.
At the moment, information about the new Liverpool x Nike collaboration is quite limited. However, we already know about a few apparel items that are part of the new collection. It will include several short-sleeve T-shirts for men, women, and kids. We also expect to see a long-sleeve T-shirt. In addition to the T-shirts, it is possible we will also see a few hoodies, jackets, or pairs of pants in this collection.
When is the Liverpool x Nike Air Max Collection releasing?
The collaboration is still quite a long way off, which means Nike has not confirmed any rumors and has not yet announced an official release date. Considering the theme, we expect the new collection to launch in March 2024. For Nike, March is the month of Air Max releases, celebrating Nike Air Max Day every year on March 26.
