Nike is bringing back the iconic Nike Air Foamposite One "Metallic Copper" 7 years after its last release from 2017, originally introduced in 2010.
Featuring small differences compared to the 2010 and 2017 versions, Nike is once again releasing the “Metallic Copper” colorway, one of the most beloved color schemes among Foamposite enthusiasts. The biggest difference is the sole – in 2010 it was a translucent copper color, and in 2017 it came in a light translucent blue. The 2024 edition comes with a translucent white outsole. The upper is identical to the previous models, using a metallic copper finish for the lateral panel. The copper color is also used for details such as the heel logo. The pair is releasing during Winter 2024 on Nike’s website and at select partner retailers.
When is the Nike Air Foamposite One “Metallic Copper” releasing?
The Nike Air Foamposite One “Metallic Copper” is releasing during the Winter of 2024 on Nike.com and at select Nike Sportswear retailers. At the moment, Nike has not yet announced an official release date. However, the color scheme is part of the Nike Holiday 2024 season. As a result, we expect the launch to take place between October and December 2024. A possible release date is November 1, 2024. Check out the official images below as we wait for more details about the release.
In other news, the famous Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy" is returning during Spring 2025. The QS (quickstrike) edition is one of the most limited Air Foamposite One releases from Nike. In the past, the "Galaxy" model has sold for prices of 1,500 euros on the secondary market.
