Nike Sportswear is re-releasing the Nike Air Foamposite Pro in the "University Blue" color scheme during the Spring of 2026.
Even though the Air Foamposite Pro is not as beloved by collectors as the famous Air Foamposite One, Nike brought this model back in 2024, with the first color scheme being "Wolf Grey". It seems the brand plans to release more color schemes during 2025 and 2026, one of them being the famous "University Blue". The release information initially surfaced from zSneakerHeadz (via Twitter).
The pair comes with product code HF0794-400 and the "University Blue / White / Midnight Navy" color scheme. This colorway was originally released in 2003, marking the first time Nike is bringing back this color scheme. The silhouette was originally released in 1997, with both versions (One and Pro) made specifically for Penny Hardaway during his time with the Orlando Magic. Featuring a blue and white upper, the model uses the same upper material as the Nike Foamposite. The oversized Nike Swoosh logo on the side comes in white. There is also a small black embroidered Swoosh logo on the toe area. The model is releasing during Spring 2026 at select Nike Sportswear partner retailers.
When is Nike Air Foamposite Pro “University Blue” releasing?
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro "University Blue" is releasing during Spring 2026 on Nike.com and at select Nike Sportswear partner stores. For now, the brand has not yet announced an exact release date. However, we already know that the model is part of the Nike Spring 2026 seasonal catalog. As a result, we expect the release to take place between January and March. Check out the mock-up below while we wait for more details about the launch.
