After a long wait, Adidas has finally released official images of the Predator Elite Y-3 boots, which are set to launch during the Summer of 2024.
With the Y-3 football boots, adidas wants players to aim for elegance on the pitch. Featuring Yohji Yamamoto’s signature on the fold-over tongue and the Y-3 logo on the heel, these limited-edition football boots combine refinement with performance. The upper includes HybridTouch 2.0 technology and Strikeskin fins made from grippy rubber, strategically placed in the strike zone for enhanced grip and precision. At the same time, the soleplate also incorporates Controlframe 2.0 technology. They are made from synthetic suede for a soft touch, and feature a strap on the tongue for extra lockdown and a clean striking surface.
The new pair of Adidas football boots contains at least 20% recycled materials. By reusing materials that have already been created, they help reduce waste and our dependence on finite resources, lowering the footprint left by manufactured products.
When is the Adidas Predator Elite Y-3 Foldover Tongue FG releasing?
Initially, the boots were scheduled to release on March 10, 2024 according to Footy Headlines, but the launch was postponed. Pro Direct Soccer has announced that the Adidas Predator Elite Y-3 Foldover Tongue FG football boots will release on April 2, 2024.
