Teased for the better part of 2020, the adidas Yeezy 450 was near mythical, with little in the way of official word ever appearing… that is, however, until now. To help ring in the new year, the brand is finally debuting the silhouette on March 6th as a Yeezy Supply exclusive.
Seen on the feet of Kanye himself, the silhouette bears a design more new age Yeezy than old. Experimental yet still knit-composed, the runner foundationally constructs itself in what looks to be Primeknit. The shell bears the typical sock look, its weaves sleek as they transition from the toe to the elastic collar. Laces are then strung through an added array of loops, shaded so that they better complement the neutrals underneath. All, appropriately, pale in comparison to the tooling, however, as its bone-like exterior encases the shoe with aggressive teeth.
